These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Peeple s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 57544174, with its registered office at Námestie pri sýpke 949/6, 851 10 Bratislava, Slovakia, entered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 198342/B (hereinafter “Peeple”), and the company that orders staff or related services from Peeple (hereinafter the “Client”).
Where the Client has concluded a written contract with Peeple, that contract shall take precedence over these terms and conditions.
Peeple provides the Client with workers for shifts and, where agreed, related services — turnkey event services, brand activation, recruitment, onboarding, workforce management, and payroll and administration. The scope of each booking is determined by the confirmed quote.
The legal framework for the provision of workers (e.g. temporary assignment through a temporary employment agency) will be added by a lawyer.
The Client submits a request via the website form, by email or by telephone. The request is non-binding.
Peeple sends a quote with pricing, as a rule within 24 hours. A booking becomes binding once the Client confirms it in writing — an email is sufficient. In the case of long-term cooperation, the parties may conclude a framework agreement.
Peeple selects, vets and prepares workers in accordance with the Client's brief. Workers usually start within 24–48 hours of confirmation; bookings for hundreds of people require a longer lead time, which Peeple will specify in the quote.
For larger bookings, a Peeple lead worker is present on site with the team.
Workers are contracted by Peeple. Peeple enters into contracts with them, pays their remuneration and pays the related social and health contributions and taxes. The Client does not enter into contracts with individual workers.
Workers' arrivals and departures are recorded via QR attendance, which serves as the basis for invoicing. The Client pays only for hours actually worked at the rates set out in the confirmed quote, with no subscription or flat fee.
Peeple issues one invoice per booking, payable within 14 days. Any objections to the attendance report must be raised within 3 working days of its delivery. Prices in the quote are exclusive of VAT.
If a worker fails to show up, Peeple will not invoice for their absence and will provide a replacement time limit.
The Client shall notify any changes to the number of people, times or location as soon as possible; Peeple will confirm them subject to worker availability.
If a booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the start of the shift, Peeple may invoice a cancellation fee.
Peeple holds liability insurance amount. Peeple is responsible for the proper selection and preparation of workers; it is not liable for any damage caused by an incorrect brief or by the Client's instructions.
The limitation of liability will be added by a lawyer.
The parties shall maintain the confidentiality of any confidential information they obtain from each other. The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy.
Peeple may update these terms and conditions; each booking is governed by the version in effect on the date of its confirmation. Matters not governed by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Commercial Code.
