The controller of your personal data is Peeple s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 57544174, with its registered office at Námestie pri sýpke 949/6, 851 10 Bratislava, Slovakia, entered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section Sro, Insert No. 198342/B (hereinafter “Peeple” or “we”).

This policy applies to visitors to this website and to contact persons of companies that send us a request or cooperate with us.

If you are a temp worker using the Peeple app, the processing of your data is governed by a separate notice in the app.

• data from the request form: company name, first name and surname, telephone number, email address, type of staffing, number of people, date, location and note,
• data from our communication (email, telephone, WhatsApp),
• in the course of cooperation, also the contractual and billing details of the company and its contact persons,
• technical data necessary for the operation and security of the website (e.g. IP address in server logs).

• Handling requests and preparing quotes — steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to a company that has contacted us (point (f)).
• Performance of bookings — organising shifts, communicating with the on-site contact person, attendance records and invoicing (points (b) and (f)).
• Legal obligations — accounting and taxes (point (c)).
• Establishment, exercise and defence of our legal claims (point (f)).

Your consent is not required for these purposes. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

• a request that does not result in cooperation: 12 months from the last contact,
• data relating to cooperation: for the duration of the cooperation and thereafter for 4 years for the protection of legal claims,
• accounting documents: 10 years pursuant to the Accounting Act.

Only to the extent necessary: to suppliers who operate the website and forms on our behalf (Webflow, Inc.), email and communication services to be added, our accountant to be added, and public authorities where required by law.

We provide workers assigned to a booking only with the information they need to start work — for example, the name and telephone number of the on-site contact person. We do not sell personal data.

Some of our suppliers (e.g. Webflow, Inc.) are based in the USA. Personal data are transferred outside the EU/EEA only subject to appropriate safeguards, for example on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You have the right of access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Please send your request to info@peeple.sk; we will respond within one month at the latest.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use them in three categories:

• Strictly necessary — ensure that the website and the form function and remember your cookie preferences (cookie pp_consent, 6 months). Your consent is not required for these cookies.
• Analytics — traffic statistics that help us understand what works on the website (e.g. Google Analytics). Only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Marketing — measuring advertising campaigns and displaying relevant advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Meta). Only with your consent.

We activate analytics and marketing tools via Google Tag Manager only after you have given your consent. Their providers (Google Ireland Ltd., Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Their cookies are stored for a maximum of 2 years.
